Welcome to Live by AM. By accessing our platform, website, or digital classroom tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Usage

Users must complete email verification via SMTP OTP to successfully create a Host account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login passwords and account credentials. Any unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately to info@live.amtaxhub.com.

2. Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use our video meeting classrooms strictly for lawful, collaborative, and educational purposes. You must not utilize the WebRTC streaming capabilities to broadcast illegal, abusive, obscene, harassing, or trademark-violating digital content. The Meeting Host reserves the absolute right to expel/kick any participant violating these guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

All brand elements, logo layouts, design aesthetics, custom CSS assets, and interactive presenter whiteboards are protected by copyright laws. Our digital whiteboard syncing engine and guest lobby coordination represent premium custom architecture created by AM Automation.

4. Platform Availability

Live by AM coordinates standard video/audio streams using robust, free our robust high-performance Live Video Engine. While we strive to maintain 100% operational uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted performance, latency-free transmissions, or zero WebRTC renegotiation delays, as external factors like internet bandwidth can affect streams.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued usage of Live by AM after updates constitute absolute acceptance of the revised terms.
